Declaration Proposal

  • Coal block details with Sec 4 & Sec 7 copies
  • Land schedule and detailed plan (1:4000)
  • Draft notification (Hindi & English)
  • Coal Controller NOC
  • Questionnaire

Immediate After Gazette

  • Publish notifications in newspapers
  • Letters to Collector, SDM, Tehsildar, Sarpanch
  • Stop sale/purchase of notified land
  • Drone survey to freeze assets on notified land
